Hi, I'm Jennifer Newman.
I created RenewHer Strength to help midlife women renew their strength, rise with purpose, ascend in confidence, and become the strongest version of themselves, physically and mentally.
Midlife is not a decline. It's a turning point.
Through strength training and sustainable nutrition, I help woman build more than muscle. We cultivate resilience. We develop confidence. We embrace growth. Because true transformation isn't just about how you look, it's about how you feel in your body and your life.
As a certified personal trainer specializing in women's health, with credentials in nutrition coaching and GGS Menopause Specialist certification, I provide coaching that is both compassionate and accountable. I will support you, guide you through challenges, and hold you to the goals you set for yourself.
Every woman I work with receives a personalized training program designed around her lifestyle, her needs, and her long-term vision. My approach is about meeting you where you are, and helping you rise higher than thought possible.
I also bring a scientific foundation to my coaching. As a Medical Laboratory Scientist, I'm dedicated to providing evidence-based, reliable, up-to-date information. If there's ever a question you have that I can't answer immediately, I will research it thoroughly.
