What to Know Before You Start
In-person coaching provides hands-on guidance during scheduled training sessions. Remote coaching is delivered entirely online and includes individualized weekly programming, progress tracking, regular check-ins, and ongoing accountability. Both follow the RenewHer Strength Method ™, allowing you to choose the structure that best fits your lifestyle and goals.
Not at all. RenewHer Strength is designed for women at every stage of their fitness journey. You don't need prior experience, just a willingness to begin.
I provide sustainable nutrition guidance and coaching. I do not prescribe medical diets, but help you build healthier, realistic habits that support strength, energy, and long-term wellness.
Every woman's body and journey is different. Most clients begin to feel stronger and more energized within the first few weeks. Lasting change comes from consistency and commitment.
Yes. I offer a complimentary consultation to make sure we're a good fit and to help you determine the best path forward.
That's completely normal. My coaching style is supportive, respectful, and judgment-free. You'll never be pressured or shamed, only guided and encouraged.
Programs are structured to support commitment and consistency, but you'll always know what to expect before enrolling.
Your safety is the priority. You'll complete a health intake form before starting. If needed, I'll recommend medical clearance before beginning your program.
